ActivitySign.net is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to help organizations manage client activities, collect electronic signatures, and handle related forms and agreements. This policy outlines requirements for use.
2. ESIGN and UETA Compliance
By using ActivitySign.net, users consent to receive and sign documents electronically in accordance with the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA). Electronic signatures are legally binding and equivalent to handwritten signatures. Users agree to conduct transactions electronically and confirm they can access and retain electronic records.
3. Account Authorization and Email Requirements
Access requires program authorization and a valid primary email address. Users must allow emails from activitysign@gdcdatabaseservices.com and check spam and/or junk folders.
4. System Requirements
Platform works best with Google Chrome. Users must maintain updated browsers, devices, and software.
5. Internet Connectivity
Users are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection.
6. Technical Responsibility
End-users must use properly functioning hardware, modern browsers, and reliable networks.
7. User Responsibilities
Users must understand how to use the platform, including account registration and password setup. Login credentials must be kept confidential and not shared.
8. Support
End-users must contact their program for assistance if they encounter issues.
9. Attendance Disclaimer
Use of the platform does not guarantee attendance credits. Credit determinations are solely between the program and the end-user.
10. Limitation of Liability
Provider is not liable for failures due to outdated devices, software, or connectivity issues.
11. Agreement Incorporation
The SaaS Agreement is incorporated. This policy governs in case of conflict for these services.
